With a surface area roughly the same as Châteauneuf-du-pape's, the soils are composed of alluvium, limestone and gravel. The wines are less powerful than their neighbours in the Gigondas appellation, revealing more finesse than strength.
Nose: tasty. Notes of red and black fruits, with a touch of vanilla and cinnamon.
Palate: fluid and light, finely structured.
Tasting date: April 2023.
OUR OPINION: a nice vintage, tasty and perfumed. The nose is lively and fruity, the tannins in the palate are fine. The whole is very well balanced. I like it very much, it is fine, elegant and tasty.
