- Nose: slightly reduced on opening. Notes of infused red berries (redcurrant and grenadine) with a hint of balsamic.
- Palate: fluid, but slightly lacking in structure.

OUR OPINION: still a young vintage that may need a little rest in the cellar to develop its full potential. In its youth, be sure to decant it an hour before serving to allow it to open up a little.
- Nose: fruity, fresh and graceful. Notes of red berries (redcurrant, strawberry) with a hint of sweet spices and a few floral notes.
- Palate: delicate, salivating and very fine.

OUR OPINION: this vintage is rather graceful and delicate. With its crisp, subtle red fruit, it will appeal to lovers of light, fruity Burgundy wines.

- Nose: precise, intense and tasty. Spicy and fruity notes, aromas of strawberry, morello cherry, black pepper, coffee, and licorice, with a touch of black cumin.
- Palate: dense and full-bodied. Silky tannins. A lot of elegance and finesse. Finish on red fruit.

OUR OPINION: the tiny quantities supplied do not allow me to sacrifice a bottle for tasting. That is why I wrote the tasting notes of the 2019 vintage as an indication.

- Nose: fine and elegant. Notes of red berries, peppermint and a hint of cold tobacco.
- Palate: balanced and structured by fine tannins with a pleasant mouthfeel.

OUR OPINION: a young vintage that is already very pleasant to drink, delicious, well-balanced and full of charm.
- Nose: concentrated and dense. Notes of crushed black fruit and cocoa with a hint of smoke.
- Palate: silky and elegant. Melted tannins. Dark fruit finish.

OUR OPINION: 2022 is a deeper and denser vintage than 2021, which displays exuberance and small red fruits. It will be perfect with stewed or candied meat dishes. It should be decanted for half an hour while young.

OUR OPINION: I love it! It's as well-made and tasty as ever, with that slight sweetness on the palate that makes this cuvée a real treat!

- Palate: ull and ample, lightly structured by fine tannins. Black cherry finish.

OUR OPINION: as well-made as ever, this vintage is a fine delicacy, whose slightly tannic structure on the palate requires a little decanting in the early stages.

OUR OPINION: a very pretty cuvée, tasty and full of life, with a seductive nose of crunchy fruit. The palate is a little tight, and a short 1/2 hour decanting will help it to relax.
