Alsace is one of the most enchanting wine-growing regions in the world, with beautiful flower-filled villages that bear witness to the prosperity of the wine-growers in the 15th and 16th centuries, when Alsatian wines were exported throughout Europe.
Alsace wines are not governed by the same statutes as other French wines. There are only three designations: one for the varietal wines, one for the 'grands crus' and a third for the crémant d'Alsace.

- Palate: fresh & slightly tannic. Slightly liquorice finish.
Tasting date: July 2022
OUR OPINION: fresh - spring - sapid. This wine is tasting so good: if at first we perceive the peppery aromas of the Pinot Noir, very quickly the small stone fruits of the white grape varieties are announced, the apricot asserts itself once the liquorice effect of the Pinot Noir has dissipated. Some floral notes of rose remind us that Gewürztraminer is part of this wine. A great success!
- Color: pale yellow, slightly cloudy

- Palate: tonic, graceful, sapid and salivating.
Tasting date: June 2022
OUR OPINION: a surprising vintage whose vinification without any sulfites addition nor filtration gives it an aromatic profile totally different from the usual Riesling ones. More floral and creamy than the previous vintages, it bewitches by its savory, ample and sapid side. I recommend it to all those who like to go off the beaten track, it is very beautiful!
