Loyalty programme: how does it work?

VignArtea® wishes to reward you for your loyalty by the attribution of loyalty points for every order placed on our website!

1. Collect points: 1 euro = 1 loyalty point
2. Accumulate points: 500 points = 10€
   
   

Loyalty points are valid for one year and can be accumulated; they can be used at any time or kept on your account during their validity period.

How to use my loyalty points?

Using your loyalty points couldn't be easier!

1. Log in to YOUR ACCOUNT
2. Click on MY LOYALTY POINTS
3. Click on CONVERT MY POINTS INTO A VOUCHER OF __€

The converted points will be displayed in the MY OBTAINED VOUCHERS, summary table, with their validity date and the status TO USE.

If you choose to use them, the discount voucher code will automatically appear on the page of your current shopping cart.
Just click on it to apply it.

Once the order is confirmed, your balance of loyalty points is updated and points formerly used will be deducted from your balance.
