The Corbières form a large square of 3000m2 south of the Narbonne-Carcassonne line in the Aude department.
The winegrowers here have renewed the vineyards with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre and, in lesser quantities, white varieties such as Rolle, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne. But above all they have succeeded in mastering the carignan, keeping very old vines with low yields but high quality, giving birth to remarkable red wines, fruity and with a beautiful fullness.
