OUR OPINION : a well-balanced, fruity vintage that already shows great promise! Decant, in its youth, half an hour before serving.

- Nose: delicious and delicately spicy. Notes of black pepper, red and black fruit, with a hint of cinnamon and blackcurrant bud.
- Palate: round and silky. Lingering finish of red berries.

OUR OPINION: 2021 is a fruity, delicious vintage. Less full-bodied than previous vintages, it offers a lovely freshness and a pleasantly fragrant finish.

- Nose :slightly closed on opening. Notes of black fruit and menthol with a hint of cold tobacco.
- Palate : full, enveloping, with still a tightly basis.
Tasting date : December 2023.
OUR OPINION : this vintage still needs to be decanted to reach its full potential. It doesn't open up straight away, and I think you need to wait a little longer, as it needs to mature a little more. If drunk young, it should be decanted an hour before serving.

- Nose: fresh and crisp. Notes of raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant, with a hint of black curry.
- Palate: tround, fresh and delicate. Red fruit finish.

OUR OPINION: with its very fine, fruity and airy profile, this Chassagne-Montrachet is not lacking in crispness and will fit in perfectly with delicate steamed dishes.
- Nose: intense and generous. Notes of black fruit, peppermint, black pepper, cinnamon with a hint of liquorice.
- Palate: rich, dense and enveloping. Silky tannins. Blackcurrant and black cherry on the finish.

- Palate: silky body with fine tannins. Delicious cherry finish.

OUR OPINION: this Cahors wine is as well-made as ever, elegant and tasty. I've always appreciated Benoît Aymar's work, and the passing years only confirm his talent!
