- OUR OPINION: nice Gamay, made from young vines which give it lightness and an elegant fruitiness. The next day, the palate is richer and light chocolate aromas appear.
- Nose: tasty and very rich. Notes of black fruits dominated by blackcurrant, sweet spices.

- OUR OPINION: we immediately recognise the slightly wild aromas of the Syrah planted on north-facing slopes. This cuvée offers a very nice aromatic complexity, dark and powerful, with a good cellar ageing capacity. Think of decanting it half an hour before, while it is young.
- Nose: powerful and elegant. Notes of crunchy black fruits, black pepper, with a hint of vanilla and menthol.

OUR OPINION: the tiny quantities supplied do not allow me to sacrifice a bottle for tasting. As those wines are of impeccable quality year after year, I wrote the tasting notes of the 2014 vintage as an indication.
