"With this cuvée, Matthieu DEISS tests the effect of different aging materials: terracotta and sandstone. The result is stunning—what power! This energy-filled juice flatters the eye with its salmon color almost turning red, and delights the palate with its floral and fruity notes (rose, apricot, lychee). A total success!"
