Sommelier's Note

"A magnificent cuvée, sublimated by the 7 years spent on laths. The yeast autolysis imparts enchanting notes of black truffle and praline over a lemony backbone—a pure delight! A vintage Champagne built for aging, it displays perfectly mastered tension. Truly beautiful craftsmanship!"
