- Nose: delicate and slightly aniseed flavour. Notes of pear, lychee, apricot, with a hint of almond.
- Palate: tonic and tasty. Long and slightly aniseed finish.

OUR OPINION: a very great gastronomic wine, complex and tasty. Excellent!

- Nose: generous and open. Vanilla notes which black fruits, sweet spices and a hint of liquorice and coffee.
- Palate: full-bodied with fine tanins.

OUR OPINION: fruity - full-bodied. The 2018 vintage of the Clos Plince is more robust than the previous one, I advise to let it age a little more in the cellar, failing that to decant it a few hours before serving.
Limited quantities, only 1200 bottles produced by the estate.
- Nose: intense and spicy nose, clean and tasty. Aromas of coffee, black pepper, blackberry and blueberry.
- Palate: silky and sapid, with fine tannins.
Tasting date: April 2021.
OUR OPINION: I really like the wines made from Serine. This variety, ancestor of the Syrah, gives concentrated and rich juices, very complex and tasty. 2018 is an excellent vintage.
- Nose: velvety and ample. Aromas of apricot flowers, exotic fruits and aniseed.
- Palate: tender. Beautiful aromas of honey, candied orange and rice alcohol. Very good length.

OUR OPINION: only pleasure...
- Nose: intense, fruity and floral. First discreetly smoky notes, aromas of grilled hazelnut, apricot, lychee, exotic fruits, ginger and honey.
- Palate: tender and taut with a nice acidity. Long and persistent finish.

OUR OPINION: the aromatic persistence of this grand cru is impressive, this wine is superb because it has a beautiful tension.
