- Nose: mineral. Chalky notes opening onto aromas of praline and green apple.
- Palate: supple attack, good tension on the palate, without excess. Lovely lemony finish.

OUR OPINION: This champagne has a strong identity: mineral and almost crystalline, it surprises with its suppleness and delicate mouthfeel. It's a lovely discovery that will appeal to lovers of lively champagnes without excessive tension.

- Nose: fresh and slightly chalky. Notes of lemon and praline, with a hint of green apple and verbena.
- Palate: invigorating and aromatic. Fine bubbles, with a long, salivating finish.
Tasting date: December 2024.
OUR OPINION: 2021 is a livelier, tauter vintage than 2020. It is perfectly balanced, with lovely tension and complexity. 2021 is more mineral than fruity. It's very fresh and thirst-quenching!

- Color: golden yellow.
- Nose: fresh and delicate. Notes of lemon, white grapefruit, green apples with a hint of brioche.
- Palate: Fine bubbles. Fresh, thirst-quenching juice, perfectly balanced. A hint of tangerine on the finish.
Tasting date: November 2024.
OUR OPINION: a vintage that is tighter than its predecessors, crystalline and very fresh. Very classy with great finesse, I really like it, it's a great success!

- Nose: fruity. Notes of blackcurrant, morello cherry and hawthorn blossom with a hint of mint.
- Palate: lively and fresh, with a lovely blackcurrant coulis finish. Long-lasting aromas.

OUR OPINION: with its lovely, almost red colour, this vintage is fruity, very pleasant and thirst-quenching. Its richness makes it a real mealtime champagne. A real favourite!

OUR OPINION: magnificent! A perfectly balanced vintage, full of flavour and great finesse, with perfectly controlled tension. A job well done, and a big favourite!

- Palate: supple texture underpinned by fine tension. Long-lasting aromas.

OUR OPINION: an attractive, rather full-bodied vintage, with generous fruit and a well-balanced palate.

- Nose: concentrated and dense. Notes of crushed black fruit and cocoa with a hint of smoke.
- Palate: silky and elegant. Melted tannins. Dark fruit finish.

OUR OPINION: 2022 is a deeper and denser vintage than 2021, which displays exuberance and small red fruits. It will be perfect with stewed or candied meat dishes. It should be decanted for half an hour while young.
