LOCATION: Clos Ribeaupierre, acquired in 1965 by the Sipp family. This 1.5-hectare terroir originally belonged to the manorial lands of the Ribeaupierre family. Nestled under the protection of the Saint-Ulrich Castle, built on the rocky peak overlooking it, Clos Ribeaupierre features dizzying slopes sometimes exceeding 40%.

TERROIR: Weathered Hercynian granitic soil. This acidic magmatic rock is rich in quartz, feldspars, and micas (particularly biotite). This unique terroir brings an elegant verticality to the wine.
