Floral Elegant Thirst-quenching
Very fresh nose, with notes of apricots, mirabelle plums, rose and orange flowers. The palate is elegant and delicately scented, its long finish stretches on a hint of liquorice. A refined and very refreshing orange wine, a success !
(Tasting date : May 2020)
- Nose: intensely perfumed. Notes of yellow peaches, apricots and passion fruit. Light creamy notes.
- Palate: elegant, silky and supported by a beautiful acidity which gives the wine energy and tone.
Tasting date: May 2020.
OUR OPINION: wonderful vintage !
Other available vintage:
The juice is clear, of a beautiful orange color. There is a slight reduction present on the nose which disappears after a few minutes of aeration in the glass, to give way to elegant notes of kiwi, mirabelle plum, quetsche and a hint of lily of the valley. On the palate, the juice is supple and delicious with a slightly peaty finish evoking whiskey.
A wine of finesse and delicacy, a nice surprise !
(Tasting date : April 2020)
The juice is salmon-colored, and the nose, intense and totally atypical, evokes the armagnac : there are scents of ripe apricots, rhubarb, raisins, and quince paste. The mouth is supple, invigorating and very pleasantly scented, the tannins are barely noticeable. A beautiful curiosity !
(Tasting date : April 2020)
Powerful nose with a hint of reduction that opens up with aromas of blueberries, coffee, dark chocolate and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, the juice is structured and fruity.
(Tasting date : Feb. 2020)
- Nose: elegant and bright. Delicate scents of white flowers, dandelion flowers, royal jelly, anise and lovage, with a hint of honey and toasted hazelnut
- Palate: a fluid juice, almost airy, and nicely aniseed with a finish that evokes the genepi.
Tasting date: February 2020
OUR OPINION: a fine and subtle white wine of great delicacy.
After a first slightly toasted and very "sauvignonné" nose, where one easily recognizes the aromas of gooseberries and very ripe red tomato, the wine evolves towards notes of citrus, white peaches, and lychees. On the palate, the juice is fresh, lemony and tasty. A great success, a vintage more expressive than the 2016 and more "sauvignon-like" than the 2015.
(Tasting date : Jan. 2020)

- Palate: supple juice, pleasantly scented, with a finish slightly aniseed.
Tasting date: October 2021

Other available vintage:
- Nose: great delicacy, slightly aniseed. Notes of white peaches and lime.
- Palate: silky & invigorating, slightly chalky with a very saline finish.
Tasting date: January 2021
