OUR OPINION: it's fresh and tasty.
The bubble is fine, the nose reveals aromas of toasted hazelnuts, leaven, lemon, pear, and a touch of frangipane. In the mouth, the juice is tonic, fresh and lemony with a touch of almond in the finish. It's fresh and subtle. Great success for this tensed yet tasty Blanc de Noir champagne !

The nose is rich, tasty and concentrated. It reveals notes of black cherry, blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and licorice. In the mouth, the juice is dense, the notes of black fruits are wrapping the palate. The woody notes are discreet, barely perceptible and the tannins are of great finesse. Great aromatic persistence. A beautiful wine, dense, complex and extremely promising for a long cellar ageing. Our favorite.

The palate is finely structured, the juice is dense. Beautiful aromatic persistence with a finish that stretches on liquorice notes. Very beautiful wine, rich, dense, that can still age ten years in a cellar.

The nose is tasty, floral, with sweet scents of rose, hawthorn, pear and quince. There is a hint of chalk and a lot of freshness. On the palate, a pretty tension comes to support this tenderly perfumed juice. Beautiful aromatic persistence.

Beautifully golden colored wine. The nose is rich and complex. Notes of fruit pasta envelop delicious aromas of candied citrus and honey. In the mouth, the attack is fresh, astonishing by its liveliness and the intensity of its perfumes.
The finish is long, lemony, bringing a nice tension to the finish. It's beautiful, perfumed, and incredibly fresh!
