Palate: supple, fresh and thirst-quenching. Nice tonicity. Persistent finish.

Tasting date: October 2022.

OUR OPINION: this vintage is very well balanced and tasty. It is one of those Châteauneuf-du-Pape white wines of very good quality, elegantly perfumed and of great freshness. Great class.

OUR OPINION: this vintage is rich, it offers a nice juice in the palate with tasty aromas, but is a little less tonic than its predecessor. It will be served a little fresher than usual.

Nose: fresh and floral. Slight toasted notes opening on white flowers, pear and white grapefruit scents.

Palate: ample. Rich and tasty texture. Nice aromatic persistence in the finish.
Tasting date: October 2022.

OUR OPINION: it is the marsanne that expresses itself the most in this vintage which offers a more floral profile than its predecessor. This wine has a nice texture and I appreciate its long fresh finish supported by the roussanne. This vintage needs to be served slightly cooler than usual.

Nose : intense and expressive. Powerful mentholated notes. Aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, coffee with a hint of leather.

Palate : dense and rich. Fine tannins. Beautiful aromatic persistence.
Tasting date: November 2022.

OUR OPINION: a minty vintage still young but very promising. A decanting of one or two hours during its youth will allow its tannins to be rounded and its aromas to be fully expressed.

Nose: pretty mineral freshness. Aromas of acacia flowers, citrus zest, with a hint of almonds.

Palate: delicate and round, slightly milky. The finish stretches on honey notes.
Tasting date: tasting notes of the 2014 vintage.

OUR OPINION: the tiny quantities supplied do not allow me to sacrifice a bottle for tasting. As those wines are of impeccable quality year after year, I wrote the tasting notes of the 2014 vintage as an indication.

OUR OPINION: a successful vintage with a beautiful aromatic complexity both on the nose and the palate. The Sylvain Morey style is undeniably present, it is always so well made!
