The biodynamic farming is a continuation of the organic farming, but its specifications are more restrictive than those of the organic farming. To be certified in biodynamic cultivation, the vineyard must be first certified "Organic Farming". It musts then meet the requirements of the biodynamic specifications with the spraying of various herbal preparations to fight against pests and promote the good vines development, and in the respect of the lunar and astral cycles defined in a schedule established at this effect.
In winemaking, the biodynamic vinification prohibits the majority of the oenological inputs tolerated in organic farming, and the permitted sulphite levels are even lower than those set in the organic specifications. Several labels certify the biodynamic viticulture, of which the best known are DEMETER and BIODYVIN.
- Nose: generous and open. Vanilla notes which black fruits, sweet spices and a hint of liquorice and coffee.
- Palate: full-bodied with fine tanins.
Tasting date: November 2020
OUR OPINION: fruity - full-bodied. The 2018 vintage of the Clos Plince is more robust than the previous one, I advise to let it age a little more in the cellar, failing that to decant it a few hours before serving.
Limited quantities, only 1200 bottles produced by the estate.
Floral Elegant Thirst-quenching
Very fresh nose, with notes of apricots, mirabelle plums, rose and orange flowers. The palate is elegant and delicately scented, its long finish stretches on a hint of liquorice. A refined and very refreshing orange wine, a success !
(Tasting date : May 2020)
The juice is clear, of a beautiful orange color. There is a slight reduction present on the nose which disappears after a few minutes of aeration in the glass, to give way to elegant notes of kiwi, mirabelle plum, quetsche and a hint of lily of the valley. On the palate, the juice is supple and delicious with a slightly peaty finish evoking whiskey.
A wine of finesse and delicacy, a nice surprise !
(Tasting date : April 2020)
The juice is salmon-colored, and the nose, intense and totally atypical, evokes the armagnac : there are scents of ripe apricots, rhubarb, raisins, and quince paste. The mouth is supple, invigorating and very pleasantly scented, the tannins are barely noticeable. A beautiful curiosity !

- Nose: elegant and expressive. Notes of candied citrus fruit, toasted sesame with a hint of praline and coriander.
- Palate: supple and salivating. Lemony freshness.
Tasting date: july 2023.
OUR OPINION: rich and complex, this 2016/2017 blend is particularly tasty and elegant. We love it!
The exceptional bottle's weight (1.8kg) may result in higher shipping costs for the final shopping cart.
- Nose: Dense and peaty. Notes of nuts, straw and candied orange.
- Palate: slightly hoppy. Long finish.
Tasting date: October 2019
OUR OPINION: I really like its long finish, the wine is said to have a "peacock's tail". This totally atypical cuvée is intended for lovers of oxidative wines.
- Nose: rich. Notes of fresh nuts with a hint of curry..
- Palate: slightly peaty. long finish on nuts and hay.
Tasting date: October 2019
OUR OPINION: it's fresh and tasty.
