Fruitée et minérale à la fois, la cuvée « La Perrière» est une séduisante mise en bouche pour commencer un repas. On peut le servir sur des radis noirs croquants, un filet de thon germon au citron, une terrine de poisson, ou des crevettes sautées à l’ail et au poivre. Il fera un beau duo sur des coquilles Saint-Jacques poêlées ou un poisson de roche grillé.
