Lees ageing in 350-liter oak barrels (25% of new barrels) for 18 months- Nose: pretty mineral freshness. Aromas of acacia flowers, citrus zest, with a hint of almonds.
- Palate: delicate and round, slightly milky. The finish stretches on honey notes.
- Tasting date: tasting notes of the 2014 vintage.
- OUR OPINION: the tiny quantities supplied do not allow me to sacrifice a bottle for tasting. As those wines are of impeccable quality year after year, I wrote the tasting notes of the 2014 vintage as an indication.

- OUR OPINION: Always so beautiful, I love it! Not a single flaw for this wine made without any added sulphites: it is invigorating and intense, it's delicious. For lovers of maceration wines or those who are ready to think outside the box.
