The nose is rich, tasty and concentrated. It reveals notes of black cherry, blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and licorice. In the mouth, the juice is dense, the notes of black fruits are wrapping the palate. The woody notes are discreet, barely perceptible and the tannins are of great finesse. Great aromatic persistence. A beautiful wine, dense, complex and extremely promising for a long cellar ageing. Our favorite.

Fragrant nose with notes of white flowers and peach flowers, yellow peaches, ripe apricots, lychees and mangoes. Nice attack on the palate, the juice is dynamic, ample and nicely perfumed with a slightly aniseed finish.
Very beautiful Roussanne wine.

OUR OPINION: I really like the wines made from Serine. This variety, ancestor of the Syrah, gives concentrated and rich juices, very complex and tasty. 2018 is an excellent vintage.

Ageing for 18 months in oak barrels- Nose: tasty. Slightly vanilla notes that give way to delicious ripe fruit flavors such as blackcurrant, blackberry, and blueberry, with a hint of spice. There are also notes of peat, chalk and violet.
- Palate: subtle and fine. Wood notes still present but well integrated. Fine tannins with a finish slightly liquorice perfumed.
Tasting date: April 2019.
OUR OPINION: a complex wine to be absolutely kept in cellar !

The nose is intense and chalky, it reveals aromas of blueberries, raspberry jam, coffee, licorice and a hint of leather.
The palate is finely structured, the juice is dense. Beautiful aromatic persistence with a finish that stretches on liquorice notes. Very beautiful wine, rich, dense, that can still age ten years in a cellar.

The finish is long, lemony, bringing a nice tension to the finish. It's beautiful, perfumed, and incredibly fresh!
