New product
After a first delicately toasted and floral nose, the wine opens on powerful notes of lemon and green apple. The mouth is round and fat, it is surprisingly lively, and its finish stretches on lime notes. Beautiful power and great aromatic length for this beautiful white wine that we will take care to let breathe a little bit before drinking.

The Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc village is a blended wine whose grapes come from three different parcels:
The three of them have the same soil, whose composition is identical to the "Les Chambres" splot's one which produces the red Chassagne-Montrachet wine. The presence of clay colluvium mixed with limestone fragments provides an excellent drainage for the vines that produce full-bodied and long white wines.
The 2016 chaotic weather did not spare these three plots whose yields are 30% lower than in 2015 because of the spring frost and mildew attacks that the abundant rains of May have greatly favored. Twist of fate: the summer was hot and dry, allowing a quick ripening of the grapes, whose aromatic quality makes 2016 ... a very great vintage! A nice way to console us for the meager quantities available ...
