SOILS: Located west of Verzy, these plots provide Pinot Noir grapes used for both L'INCANDESCENT and L'INEFFABLE cuvées; the CAMPANIAN chalk soil disappears under a heavy layer of clay and recent colluvium, in which Pinot Noir flourishes.
