- OUR OPINION: a rich, fragrant vintage with a very nice acidity. Very good!.
- Color: pale yellow, slightly cloudy.

Lees ageing in 350-liter oak barrels (25% of new barrels) for 18 months- Nose: pretty mineral freshness. Aromas of acacia flowers, citrus zest, with a hint of almonds.
- Palate: delicate and round, slightly milky. The finish stretches on honey notes.
- Tasting date: tasting notes of the 2014 vintage.
- OUR OPINION: the tiny quantities supplied do not allow me to sacrifice a bottle for tasting. As those wines are of impeccable quality year after year, I wrote the tasting notes of the 2014 vintage as an indication.

- Palate: fresh and tonic, salivating and perfumed. Nice aromatic persistence in the finish.
- Tasting date: January 2023.
- OUR OPINION: as usual, it is superb. This vintage is generous, tasty and tonic. Excellent!
- Nose: intense. Creamy notes, aromas of white flowers, lemon, green apple, almond with a touch of fennel.

Lees ageing for 24 months in oak barrels- Nose: intense and charming. Slightly creamy notes, aromas of green apple granny smith, candied citrus peel.
- Palate: tonic, salivating, and very perfumed. Lemon finish.
- Tasting date: February 2023.
- OUR OPINION: a superb vintage of great complexity and great charm. This wine is very rich, it has that little "on ne sait quoi" that makes it so unique and recognizable. I have always loved this cuvée, it is the estate's signature, and the 2018 vintage is very beautiful!
- Nose: intense and charming. Slightly creamy notes, aromas of green apple granny smith, candied citrus peel.

- Nose: fine and elegant, almost mineral. Notes of lemon and pink grapefruit, with a hint of almond and white flowers.
