DISCOVERY OF 100% PINOT BLANC CHAMPAGNES IN 2 BOTTLES
The Pinot Blanc is a grape variety rarely used in the production of champagnes. Delicate to grow because it is sensitive to diseases and matures late, it was gradually abandoned in favor of the Chardonnay, a variety is much easier to grow.
However, Pinot Blanc produces full-bodied and powerful champagnes that allow us to diversify styles for the greatest pleasure of our palates!
So if you like gourmet and rich champagnes, this box is for you!
Note that one of the two champagnes offered in this box (Textures) is vinified in terracotta jars, which gives it a totally atypical aroma and texture that differs from the other made traditionally.

Sugar addition: 0 g/l- Nose: aromatic. Notes of baked apple, candied lemon with a hint of peppermint.
- Palate: tense. Frank and lemony attack. Long finish.
- Tasting date: November 2022.
- OUR OPINION: the skin maceration, even in small percentages, brings candied aromas to the nose, but the palate remains tense. A real curiosity!

Winemaking in stainless steel tanks (85%) & oak barrels (15%)- Nose: floral, fresh and tasty. Notes of white flowers, honey, white peach, with a hint of minerality.
- Palate: fine bubbles. The juice is tonic and slightly lemony. A hint of minerality on the finish.
- Tasting date: February 2024.
- OUR OPINION: very pretty, elegantly perfumed, with a lovely tension on the palate. I love this beautiful Pinot Blanc champagne! ❤️❤️
