The Côte d'Or is the region of Burgundy where the greatest wines are made. The red-brown color of the vine leaves in autumn is the origin of the name "Côte d'Or". Benefiting from an ideal exposure allowing them to benefit from the rays of the rising sun, the vines are also protected by the presence of the Morvan massif.
The Côte d'Or is divided into two parts: the Côte de Beaune, essentially renowned for its white wines but also for its red Corton, and the Côte de Nuits producing essentially red wines considered as the masters of elegance.

The nose is delicate and floral. It reveals aromas of wheat, bran, almond, hazelnut and bread crumbs. The palate is invigorating and smooth, pleasantly scented with a nicely lemony finish.

The wine reveals with an elegant style intense aromas of blueberry juice, blackcurrant, and violet flowers. The palate is powerful, charming, with round tannins and a long and floral finish. Delicious!
Beneath its red velvet robe, this grand cru conceals a complex and intense nose of red and black fruits, candied raspberries, caramel, cinnamon and peony. The mouth wrapes the palate with fruity aromas and offers silky tannins of high quality. A very great wine.
