- OUR OPINION: a very fine and atypical expression of the Melon de Bourgogne. The ageing container must influence its aromatic profile, giving it richness and depth. I like it very much!

- OUR OPINION: a lot of freshness and energy in this Melon de Bourgogne, which expresses itself delicately in the glass! A totally different expression from the classic Melon in the Muscadet designation, the ageing in terracotta jars suits it perfectly!
