OUR OPINION: Cornas are wines destined to age, this one is no exception to the rule, but it is already very beautiful in its youth, as 2018 is an excellent vintage, which suggests the development of beautiful tertiary aromas over time.

OUR OPINION: LE BERCEAU is a cuvée made from the estate's very old vines, which produce a very concentrated wine. This vintage is very successful, charming and generously flavoured, and should be decanted in its youth to round out the tannins.

Fermentation in Qvevri
The juice is clear, of a beautiful orange color. There is a slight reduction present on the nose which disappears after a few minutes of aeration in the glass, to give way to elegant notes of kiwi, mirabelle plum, quetsche and a hint of lily of the valley. On the palate, the juice is supple and delicious with a slightly peaty finish evoking whiskey.
A wine of finesse and delicacy, a nice surprise !
