OUR OPINION: a nice vintage, tasty and perfumed. The nose is lively and fruity, the tannins in the palate are fine. The whole is very well balanced. I like it very much, it is fine, elegant and tasty.

Palate: fresh and fluid. Nice aromatic persistence.

OUR OPINION: a very aromatic white Côte-du-Rhône with a dominant aniseed flavour that gives it freshness. Let it get some fresh air in the glass for a few moment after opening, and drunk slightly chilled.
Nose: elegant and intense. Aromas of rosemary, black and red fruits, violet and a touch of laurel.
Palate: light and fresh. Fine tannins. Finish on laurel notes.

OUR OPINION: this Gigondas wine has a special aroma, it is elegant and fine. It gains in strength the next day after opening. A few extra years in the cellar will allow it to become more complex and powerful, as it has good ageing potential.
Nose: floral and fruity. Notes of white flowers, apricot, peach with a touch of anise.
Palate: ample, supple and tasty. Slightly aniseed finish.

OUR OPINION: this is a tasty and intensely perfumed white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in its youth, which deserves one or two extra years of ageing to complexify its aromas. In its youth, it should be drunk slightly chilled to enhance its floral and aniseed aromas.
Nose: finely chiselled. Notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, blackcurrant and sweet spices.
Palate: delicately structured, fluid, light and tasty. Long and fruity finish.

OUR OPINION: we find the airy and voluptuous side of wines matured in concrete eggs. This cuvée is superb and extremely tasty, a true gastronomic wine!
