Alsace and Jura are two wine regions in eastern France with a growing reputation, whose bold wines are waiting to be tamed.
Jura's harsh winters imprint harshness and vivacity on its wines, while Alsace's autumns offer a mildness that are reflected in its exuberant and generous wines.
- Color: red currant. Slightly cloudy.
- Nose: 1st nose slightly reductive. After aeration, notes of black pepper and redcurrant with a hint of venison.
- Palate: fresh and light.
Tasting date: May 2024.
OUR OPINION: the 2022 vintage is different from previous vintages, it is a little more austere and animal, it needs to get fresh air in the glass before being tasted.

- Nose: fruity. Aromas of red and black fruits, violets, with a hint of balsamic notes.
- Palate: structured by fine tannins. Suitable for a long cellar ageing.
Tasting date: February 2024.
OUR OPINION: a very fruity vintage, which can be kept in the cellar for 2 to 3 extra years to gain in suppleness. Need some fresh air before tasting.
- Nose: unctuous. Notes of almond and white grapefruit with a hint of anise.
- Palate: rather round with a fleshy texture.
Tasting date: February 2024.
OUR OPINION: 2022 is a hot and dry vintage. The acidity is a little less sustained than usual, and the profile is more unctuous on the palate.

- Nose: candied citrus (orange, grapefruit), nuts, raisins, with a pinch of curry
- Palate: full, tasty, and aromatic. Persistent finish.

- Nose: floral and beautifully perfumed. Notes of lemon, citron and orange blossom water, with a hint of rose and smoked flavours.
- Palate: invigorating attack, with an enveloping, flavoursome body. Long-lasting aromatic finish.

OUR OPINION: as beautiful as ever! This Riesling is one of my favourites, and its complexity is a real treat for the palate! A sure-fire favourite...
- Nose: tasty. Delicate notes of apricot, white peach and lychee, with a hint of sweet spices.
- Palate: round and flavoursome, with a fine tonicity. Lingering finish.
Tasting date: November 2023.
OUR OPINION : an elegant and refined vintage. A real treat, always a pleasure!
- Color : salmon pink.
- Nose :fresh and delicious. Notes of rose, mirabelle plum, sultana with a hint of rum.
- Palate : slightly sparkling on the tip of the tongue. Tasty and supple, generously perfumed with rose. Slightly liquorice finish.

- Nose: delicate and floral. Notes of mirabelle plum, apricot, lychee and sweet spices.
- Palate: round and silky, generously perfumed. Slightly liquorice finish.

OUR OPINION: a delicate and very elegant vintage, generous and silky. Gains in aromatic power the next day.
- Nose: complex. Slightly creamy and toasted notes, perfumes of white flowers, yellow peaches, apricots, with a touch of wheat ear.
- Palate: tonic, lemony, with a nice tension.
