The wines of the Jura are rarely mentioned, except for its legendary vin jaune. In the Middle Ages, it was already much appreciated at the court of the kings of France, and it remains a rarity today.
The ageing in oak barrels is a special art in the Jura: the wood maintains and enhances the characteristics of the dry white wines of the region in an incomparable way, which have retained their unmistakable style with their aromas of spices, nuts, dried fruit and honey over the centuries.
- Nose: intense. Aromas of nuts, raisins, candied citrus fruits with a hint of morel.
- Palate: tonic and salivating. Long finish with candied citrus fruits.

- Nose: elegant and expressive. Notes of candied citrus fruit, toasted sesame with a hint of praline and coriander.
- Palate: supple and salivating. Lemony freshness.

OUR OPINION: rich and complex, this 2016/2017 blend is particularly tasty and elegant. We love it!

OUR OPINION: I really like its long finish, the wine is said to have a "peacock's tail". This totally atypical cuvée is intended for lovers of oxidative wines.
