New product
The nose is elegant, energetic and nicely fruity with intense aromas of blueberries. Floral notes and a touch of cinnamon can also be detected. The palate is round, light and fresh. Very nice, straight and elegantly perfumed juice.
Here we are in presence of a gamay with a charming nose whose semi-carbonic maceration in whole clusters reveals all its crunchiness and its fruity. The cuvée is made from 45 to 120 years old Gamay vines planted on clayey soil. The plots of these vines are in their second year of conversion to organic farming.
