It is between Valence and Montélimar that the climate really changes. The temperature rises and the landscape takes on a Mediterranean character. The steep terraces of the northern part of the valley give way to vast expanses of vines in a landscape of rolling hills, where thirteen different red and white grape varieties are grown in the traditional way. The wines are elegant, sun-drenched and generous.
- Nose: intense. Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, cassis and cinnamon, with a hint of menthol.
- Palate: full, dense and structured. Fine and elegant tannins. Long finish slightly liquorice perfumed.

- Nose: elegant and bright. Delicate scents of white flowers, dandelion flowers, royal jelly, anise and lovage, with a hint of honey and toasted hazelnut
- Palate: a fluid juice, almost airy, and nicely aniseed with a finish that evokes the genepi.

OUR OPINION: a fine and subtle white wine of great delicacy.
The nose is rich, tasty and concentrated. It reveals notes of black cherry, blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and licorice. In the mouth, the juice is dense, the notes of black fruits are wrapping the palate. The woody notes are discreet, barely perceptible and the tannins are of great finesse. Great aromatic persistence. A beautiful wine, dense, complex and extremely promising for a long cellar ageing. Our favorite.
