Terroir

VINE AGE: 18 years.

LOCATION: vines sourced from the prestigious La Fussière 1er Cru climat, this white wine is a true rarity, accounting for a mere 5% of the appellation's total production.

planted on the La Fussière 1er Cru climate; white wine production is rare there (only 5% of the total volume of the appellation).

EXPOSURE: full the vineyard enjoys a prime south-facing position, stretching across nearly the entire length of the Premier Cru hillside. At an elevation of 300 to 350 meters, this site allows Vincent Bachelet to craft the most refined and elegant wines in the area.

SOILS: the geology features a JURASSIC limestone marl bedrock. Overlaid with silt and scree, these soils provide the vines with exceptional natural drainage, a key factor in the wine's precision.

Sommelier's Note

"In keeping with previous vintages, which consistently reflect meticulous care and a perfect mastery of winemaking, the 2024 offers a delicate, mineral, and finely toasted profile. It is dominated by fresh lemon zest, enveloped in notes of white flowers with a hint of coriander. Fresh, vibrant, and mouth-watering, this is a wine of endless appeal"
