SOILS: CAMPANIAN chalk, whose extreme porosity is a blessing for the vineyard: it provides a precious water reservoir for the vine's root system during summer heatwaves.

WINEMAKING: the estate uses the cuvée (must from the first 3 presses) for the Les Caurés plot and the taille (2 additional presses after the cuvée) for the other plots.
After pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out in stainless steel tanks + aging on fine lees for 7 months.
