Viticulture & Winemaking

HARVEST: Sept. 5, 2022.

YIELDS: N/A.

SORTING: carried out in the cellar.

WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks for 5 months with indigenous yeasts (Domaine Vrignaud does not inoculate its musts). Racking into stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.

AGING: on lees in stainless steel tanks & oak barrels for 12 months.

BOTTLING: March 11, 2024, after light filtration.

CORK: DIAM5®, specially designed to guarantee the absence of any contamination of the wine by the cork (known as "cork taint"), thanks to the use of the finest part of the cork previously cleared of the molecule responsible for this aromatic defect.

Sommelier's Note

"It is perfect! Elegant and flavorful, it flatters the palate with lemony notes and that slight smoky/toasty touch typical of Chablis. Its minerality makes it extremely thirst-quenching; it is a wine of great finesse!"
