Viticulture & Winemaking

HARVEST: Sept. 5, 2023. Excellent grape quality.

YIELDS: 60 hl/ha.

SORTING: carried out in the cellar.

WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing followed by alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks for 5 months. Malolactic fermentation also carried out with natural bacteria; Domaine Vrignaud does not inoculate its musts.

AGING: on lees in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.

BOTTLING: May 29, 2024, after light filtration.

CORK: DIAM5®, specially designed to guarantee the absence of any contamination of the wine by the cork (known as "cork taint"), thanks to the use of the finest part of the cork previously cleared of the molecule responsible for this aromatic defect.

Sommelier's Note

"Here is a beautifully chiseled, mineral, and very thirst-quenching Petit Chablis. It is fresh, invigorating, and lemony—don't miss it!"
