WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing followed by alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks for 5 months. Malolactic fermentation also carried out with natural bacteria; Domaine Vrignaud does not inoculate its musts.
AGING: on lees in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
BOTTLING: May 29, 2024, after light filtration.
