GEOLOGY: The geological unity of the Aviet & Fils estate rests on the gray marls of the LIAS (Lower Jurassic), the preferred land for Savagnin. BOTTLING: without fining or filtration.
CLOSURE: cork + wax.
"It was awarded a Gold Medal at the Jura Departmental 'Vins & Marcs' AOC competition, and it is richly deserved! This Savagnin is simply magnificent, boasting powerful notes of walnut, bitter orange, and turmeric. It possesses a supple texture, perfectly balanced and sapid. It’s a true standout you can always rely on!"
