LOCATION: The Savagnin vines are spread across several plots: Château Gimont, En Levrin, Champ-Maudit, and Les Bruyères.

EXPOSURE: N/A.

GEOLOGY: The same terroir across all plots: gray marls of the LIAS (Lower Jurassic), the preferred soil for Savagnin. Château Gimont features "schistes carton" (paper shales) while En Levrin, Champ-Maudit, and Les Bruyères consist of sandy marls rich in fossils, with limestone scree on the surface.

WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; indigenous yeasts for alcoholic fermentation and indigenous bacteria for malolactic fermentation.
