"The Aviet & Fils estate has produced a very, very lovely Trousseau here, where the blend with a little Ploussard has given it roundness and a very gourmand profile. The aromas of redcurrant, strawberry, and blueberry are heightened by a pinch of black pepper and cinnamon; it is fresh and juicy on the palate—perfect!"
