TECHNICAL SPECS:
"Straight and crisp, the 2021 Riesling Grossberg displays a pale yellow hue that reflects a cooler vintage. Its lively, mineral nose reveals delicate floral and citrus aromas, enhanced by subtle smoky nuances—a true signature of its Ribeauvillé terroir. On the palate, the attack is direct and chiseled, unfolding a tight, pure, and mineral structure. The finish is long, saline, and mouth-watering, with a subtle touch of honey on the lingering back-palate. Superb!"
