EXPOSURE: West-facing (Val Moré); South-West-facing (Les Devoix); East-facing (Les Clos Bidault)
TERROIR: Marly-limestone soil from the UPPER AND MIDDLE KIMMERIDGIAN era, composed of three layers of grey marl separated by two layers of marly-to-hard limestone.

SORTING: In the vineyard and at the winery.
WINEMAKING: Only the cuvée (juice from the first three pressings only) is used. Fermentation takes place 90% in stainless steel tanks and 10% in oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is inhibited for the must fermenting in barrels but completed in the stainless steel tanks.
RACKING DATE: 07/07/2022.
AGING ON THE LEES: 16 months.
