"The Rieslings from Domaine de l'Envol won me over with their precision and elegance. The Steinweg cuvée, in particular, reveals a remarkable mineral profile. Its nose, of crystalline purity, subtly intertwines notes of white flowers and lemon with slight petrol touches. A true gem!"
