The Pinot Blanc is a grape variety rarely used in the production of champagnes. Delicate to grow because it is sensitive to diseases and matures late, it was gradually abandoned in favor of the Chardonnay, a variety is much easier to grow.

However, Pinot Blanc produces full-bodied and powerful champagnes that allow us to diversify styles for the greatest pleasure of our palates!

So if you like gourmet and rich champagnes, this box is for you!

Note that one of the two champagnes offered in this box (Textures) is vinified in terracotta jars, which gives it a totally atypical aroma and texture that differs from the other made traditionally.
