ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
VOLUME: 75 cl
POTENTIAL: Up to 8 years

VINE AGE: 30 to 40 years old.
LOCATION: This beautiful regional cuvée is the result of a synergy between three emblematic terroirs of the Côte de Beaune, meticulously blended by Domaine Maillard:
EXPOSURE: Varied.
GEOLOGY : Piedmont soils dominated by clay and limestone. The higher proportion of clay compared to the hillside gives this Pinot Noir a lovely fleshiness and a highly approachable character.
HARVEST: Hand-picked.
YIELD: N/A.
SORTING: Performed directly in the vineyard.
WINEMAKING: Vatted for a 12 to 15-day maceration period. Extraction is kept delicate, punctuated by one or two daily punch-downs. Following fermentation, a short static settling prepares the wine for its maturation.
AGING: Matured in 228-liter oak casks (25% new) for 18 months.
BOTTLING: Bottled following a light filtration, with no prior fining.
CLOSURE: Natural cork.
"The 2023 is a tremendous success! A true basket of fresh fruit; one could endlessly breathe in its notes of strawberry candy and black cherry, lifted by a touch of spice. Such a juicy and silky delight! Best enjoyed young to fully capture all this aromatic freshness!"
