With a Mediterranean climate with dry, hot summers and mild winters, the region is particularly well suited to winegrowing activities, with the first vineyards dating back to Roman times, around 600 BC.
The Mistral and Tramontane winds also vary the climate locally, depending on the exposure of the vines, providing ideal ripening conditions for the production of fruity red wines with ripe tannins, and fresh white and rosé wines.
- Nose: ethereal & fine. Notes pear, white peach, lychee and white flowers.
- Palate: fresh. The touch is delicate and the finish fruity.
Tasting date: November 2021.
OUR OPINION: a springtime sweet treat!
