Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some countries/fiscal territories outside the European Union.
In particular:


  • Büsingen and the island of Helgoland (Germany)
  • Faroe Islands, Greenland (Denmark)
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (Spain)
  • Åland Islands (Finland)
  • Mount Athos (Greece)
  • Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino and the Vatican (Italy)
  • Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man (United Kingdom)

We attach particular importance to the packaging of your order.
For this reason, our packaging offers an optimal protection: we only use reinforced carton boxes suitable for the shipping of wine bottles.

  • DISPATCH WITHIN 24/48h

We also ensure that your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Packages are generally dispatched within 24/48 hours after receipt of your payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
However, during an overloading period of orders or when the outside temperatures are too high, the dispatchs may be delayed.

We prefer, for instance, not handing over your wine to a carrier on friday to prevent it from being stored in a warehouse or a truck trailer during a summer weekend!
As a general rule, in periods of heatwave, since wines are sensitive to sharp variations in temperature, we decide to postpone shipments - exceptionally.
Naturally, in such a situation, we will inform you by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.


  • CARRIERS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery lead time vary depending on the country of destination. The delivery times are indicative but deliveries in Europe are usually made within 2 to 3 working days.
The delivery time runs from the day your package is picked up by the carrier and depends on the commitment of the carriers (Chronopost/Colissimo/UPS).

In France, delivery takes place the:

-> next day after the shipment of the parcel - before 1pm if you select a Chrono Relais® or a Chrono 13® shipping.
Your order is sent to your home, with delivery on signature.
In case of absence, the parcel is dropped off at the nearest post office where you will have 14 calendar days to collect it.
If you choose a Chrono Relais® delivery, you will have 7 calendar days to collect it.

-> 48 hours after your parcel has been picked up if you have chosen Colissimo or UPS.
In the event of absence, parcels are dropped off at a UPS Access Point if the carrier chosen is UPS or at a post office if the carrier chosen is Colissimo.


  • MAXIMUM QUANTITIES

Orders are limited to a maximum of 54 bottles per shipment in mainland France (excluding Corsica) and in Europe.

For superior quantities, please get in touch with our customer service in order to obtain a shipping quote.

  • ORDER TRACKING

As soon as possible, we will provide you a tracking link that allows you to view online the progress of the delivery in real time.
All our packages are handed against signature.

Delivery takes place at the address indicated when placing your order; the parcel being delivered via the designated carrier or by a transport provider of our choice if necessary.

  • PREDICT® SERVICE

By selectiong Chronopost, you will have an express delivery that suits your availability. Thanks to their Predict© service, an email or an SMS is sent to you the day before the delivery happens, announcing the delivery in a 2-hour window.
Several reprogramming options are offered such as the possibility to modify the day and place of delivery or to delegate delivery of the package to a neighbor.

We recommend that you check the condition of the package in the presence of the deliverer.
Any damage or missing must be mentioned on the delivery receipt next to the signature
The recipient has then two working days to submit a claim to our customer service.
